The company creates “turnkey” development opportunities that eliminate the pre-closing risks associated with the pre-construction and municipal entitlement process. Additional services include full architectural drawings and third-party builder estimates.
Land Sale Process and Due Diligence
NLH enters into purchase agreements with third-party buyers with closing pending municipal approvals.
Architectural Services
NLH coordinates architectural drawings required for municipal approvals. The company coordinates full architectural drawings if desired by the land purchaser. Alternatively, if a purchase agreement is entered into prior to obtaining final approvals, the land purchaser can independently coordinate architectural services.
Builder Coordination and Estimates
The company works with third-party builders in coordinating preliminary construction cost estimate.
Affordable Housing
National identifies affordable housing sites nationally. NLH can coordinate affordable housing processing using the 4% and 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credit program.
